Meet The Team

Managing Director Fraser Hall joined the business in 2010 and manages a portfolio of clients across the industry sectors supplied by M&M Timber as well as being at the forefront of new development. Supporting the timber industry Fraser is also a board member of the Wood Protection Association (WPA).

Based at the Head Office and visiting clients, Max is responsible for sales management across the portfolio of products with focus on the agricultural and landscaping timber ranges.  He provides technical and sales support to merchants, contractors and other business that take yard stocks of timber.

Natalie joined the business in January 2023 and is a key member of the sales team assisting with enquiries, quotations and orders Natalie will often be one of the first people you will speak to when calling M&M Timber handling incoming queries and calling customers with updates on orders.

Supporting the sales and fulfilment team is Chloe Potter, who helps with enquiries, quotations, orders and invoicing.  Chloe is often one of the first people you will speak to when calling M&M Timber handling incoming queries and calling customers with updates on orders.

Ian Webb is responsible for all elements of the supply chain from raw material timber coming into the business, to finished products being supplied to clients across the UK.

Tom joined the business October 2023, bring a wealth of manufacturing and operational experience, having previously worked with a number of international global organisations. Based at Clows Top, Tom is responsible for the operations, from raw timber arriving on site to the effective completion of finished products delivered to our customers.

Jacob joined the business in 2020 and is based at the Head Office at Clows Top.  He is responsible for product development across the timber portfolio utilising his wealth of experience and knowledge of the sector.

Magdalena is experienced with the manufacturing sector and will be involved in the control of the production and inventory at the production site at Clows Top.

Brian has worked for M&M Timber for over 40 years and as one of the longest serving employees he has a wealth of knowledge of the timber manufacturing and how the site at Clows Top operates, valuable in his current role managing the yard and fulfilment.

Based at M&M Timber, Rachel provides support to the Sales, Operations and Procurement Departments. Working closely with the team organising day-to-day operations, including production booking and coordinating all administrative activities across the site.

A key role to the business Janelle’s main job is ensuring all the tooling and equipment needed is ordered to site and machine services are completed to keep operations running smoothly. As well as the tooling and equipment, Janelle also ensures workwear and PPE is ordered and distributed accordingly.

Lewis joined M&M Timber in November 2023 following a degree-apprenticeship in dairy engineering and completion of Health & Safety qualifications.  In his role as HSE Advisor he is responsible for all health and safety on site at Clows Top.
